service.google_business_profile
Google Business Profile management that gets the listing working for you.
The listing is often the first thing a customer sees. It should be complete, current, and easy to act on.

How it works
- 01
Consultation
Day 1
I compare your listing to the three that outrank it: categories, photos, reviews, completeness. You get a list of what is missing and what is wrong.
- 02
Foundation
Weeks 1 to 8
Ownership sorted, every field filled in, photos replaced, and the review process set up with your team.
- 03
Ongoing
Month 3 and on
Posts, review replies, photo updates, and a monthly report. Changes Google makes to the listing get caught and reverted.

Frequently asked questions
Can you manage the listing if I do not know who owns it?
Usually. Google has a process for requesting ownership from a previous manager. I handle the request and the follow-up.
Do I need to reply to every review?
Yes. Replies show up next to the review and future customers read them. I write the replies, and you can approve them first if you prefer.
How often should the listing be updated?
Posts weekly, photos monthly, and everything else whenever it changes. A listing that goes quiet loses ground to ones that do not.
Will this help if I do not have a website?
Yes. The listing can take calls and bookings on its own. A site helps it rank, which is why the two services often go together.
What does a good result look like?
More calls and direction requests from the listing, month over month. That is the number I report on.
