Why the repetitive tasks take longer than they look
Every time a number is retyped, it is a chance to get it wrong, and a wrong material list costs a second trip. Every task that lives in one person's head waits for that person, and nothing moves while they are on a roof or under a sink. The consultation counts the hours each task takes and the mistakes it causes, so the fix has a number on it before anything is built.

For West Coast Deals, an eight-channel store I have worked for since 2022, month-end accounting and receipt entry across Shopify and seven marketplace exports took 210 hours a month. Custom software is scoped per build after the consultation, because no two processes are the same. The price is fixed before the build starts, so there is no hourly creep. It is built on your data, runs on your accounts, and you own the code. Every build is backed for a year: if the tool is not doing what it was built to do, I put it right at no charge. The existing tools are licensed month to month with thirty days notice.

Questions I get asked
Do I have to change how I work?
No. The system fits the process you have. The parts that are working stay, and the tool takes the retyping, the reminders, and the arithmetic.
What if the tool stops doing its job?
Every build is backed for a year. If it is not doing what it was built to do, I put it right at no charge.
Can I license one of the existing tools instead?
